These sterling silver dolphin earrings were sawed by hand from an 18 gauge sterling silver sheet and feature dolphin a dolphin leaping over a heart. To make these amazing earrings, I started by sawing out two circular quarter sized discs from the sterling silver sheet and punched out pilot holes in metal for cutting out the heart and the dolphins. Next, I fed a thin blade through the holes and sawed out the dolphin and heart shapes before hammering the discs on a dabbing block to create that curved shape which transforms light into highlights and shadows while adding depth and dimension to the earrings. The sterling silver was burnish for satin silver glow with a mild texture.

The earrings measure approximately .96 inches in diameter, dangle about 1 ½ inch and come with hypoallergenic ear wires. You may also order these earrings with a tumbled shiny finish, mirror finish, or dark patina with your choice of personalizations like metals stamps or stamped text along the perimeter of the disc. The earrings are available in bronze or copper for $20.00.
